Travis Life spoke to the OnBOARD student of the Arts & Business Counsel of Chicago. Mr. Life spoke about his own experiences with the OnBOARD Program.

Travis Life was appointed the Membership Chair of the ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries. Mr. Life was appointed by the Chair of the Forum and is tasked with increasing membership for this Forum of the ABA.

Travis Life was elected to the Board of Directors for the Remy Bumppo Theatre Company. Remy Bumppo strives to delight and engage audiences with the emotional and ethical complexities of society through the provacative power of great theatrical language. Mr. Life was introduced to Remy Bumppo through the Arts and Business Counsel of Chicago earlier this year.

April 2009

Travis Life of the Life Law Office presented a new Mentorship Program to the Governing Committee of the ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries in Park City, Utah. The program was very well received and will be implemented later this year. Mr. Life is the current Young Lawyers Division Liaison to the Forum and a member of the Governing Committee. He will complete his tenure as Liaison this August.

Travis Life was honored to be appointed the 2009-2010 Chair for the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Divison Art, Entertainment, and Sports Committee.His tenure will begin in August.

February2009

Travis Life was honored to have participated in the American Bar Association's Law Students Division's 2008-09 Negotiation Competition National Finals in Boston during the American Bar Association's Annual Meeting. Travis Life judged four very talented schools during this event.

January2009

Travis Life has been asked to assist the Young Lawyers' Division of American Bar Association Host Committee which will plan events for the 2009 Young Lawyers' Annual Meeting.
