Writing songs and making music has always been our passion, but it becomes pretty serious business really quick! I met Travis Life through an organization that helps developing artists. Immediately within our first conversation, we discussed a plan to take care of legal issues that deal with our immediate concerns. Mr. Life quickly directed us to address all of our copyrights and trademarks and clearly explained the benefit, procedure, and scope of what we were engaging in. He has been all ears to our concerns as they have come up. Licensing issues, band merchandise, individual publishing companies, among many other topics have been addressed.
While these and other issues may or may not apply to every band or artist, I can say that Travis Life puts strong emphasis on two important issues: Protecting your art and legally advising your business development (sorry, you still gotta write the “hits!!”).
